The Project involves the new build of 31 flats, 6 Houses, parking and amenity Spaces on the former site of the Royal Mail offices in Ashford, Surrey. 

Delivered as a Design and Build Contract for private client Telereal Trillium, the project seeks to create a new environment which enhances both the landscape and the built character of the neighbourhood, delivering sustainable development for Ashford.
